DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. This means that all relevant taxes and duties are included in the prices displayed on this site.

DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that you will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, and any other additional charges that may be payable when your parcel reaches its destination.

Our couriers operate a Monday to Friday service between 9am - 5pm and a specific time slot cannot be specified.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website.

All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Whilst we will do our best to deliver your goods within the times stated above during busy periods and sale this may take longer than expected, we thank you for your patience should this occur.

The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Any orders you place with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that these goods have been paid for and all applicable charges paid in full.

No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds.

We will confirm receipt of your of your order prior to dispatch of your goods by email (where a valid email address is provided).

We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. If you exercise a right to cancel your order but the goods have already been dispatched, please follow the Returns Policy.

Please note that all OUTLET orders being sent outside of the EU will be sent 'DDU' which means Delivery Duty Unpaid - you may be charged relevant duty to be paid locally, collected by UPS.

*Delivering to Russia - please note that each and every parcel is dispatched to Russia via UPS courier service meaning that Customs Duties will be applied on delivery as any importing country outside of the EU. UPS only delivers to verified business addresses (companies holding a VAT/TAX registration number with the Russian Chamber of Commerce http://www.tpprf.ru/en/) and the customer by accepting T&C’s at checkout is responsible for providing correct information.
