COVID-19 UPDATE:

We have updated our returns policy and you can now return any online items within 40 days from purchase, this includes sale items. Goods must be in their original condition with all tags intact. 

Please note that courier companies are modifying their delivery processes to guarantee safe delivery during this time. Home deliveries are running as normal but may be slightly delayed while we are in promotional periods.

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY? 

At Duchamp we operate a no-fuss returns policy, however, we need you to return your goods within 14 days of receipt in which case we will then give you back the amount paid for it as long as the product is returned in it's original condition (with tags attached) and with proof of purchase (no exceptions unfortunately).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEMS OR THEY DON'T FIT?

Not a problem. Just send the item back to us following instructions as per above and we will give you a full refund (we are currently NOT operating an exchange service unless goods are delivered faulty or incorrectly). Please make sure to fill in and enclose the form attached to your delivery note.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 10 days when we’re very busy. Over the past year we have improved our service and brought down the average time it takes to process a return. We will continue to try and reduce it this season.

WHICH SERVICE SHOULD I USE?

We advise our customers to return goods with Royal Mail recorded delivery which is the cheapest and most reliable service.
