Europe & Channel Islands £10.00 Please allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery

Rest of the World £18.00 Please allow 10 - 14 working days for delivery

Our couriers operate a Monday to Friday service between 9am - 5pm and a specific time slot cannot be specified.

Whilst we will do our best to deliver your goods within the times stated above during busy periods and sale this may take longer than expected, we thank -you for your patience should this occur.

Customs & Import Duties

If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES and any other additional charges.

We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed by our carriers UPS on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
