Marc in North America October 2011

This month I’ve travelled to Canada and the West coast of the United States to meet our ever-growing fan base and exhibit style as only we at Duchamp can.

A stunning sunrise before departing Heathrow, one of many early starts on my trip.

I started my journey in Seattle before moving onto Vancouver where I met with colleagues and customers alike at Holt Renfrew. This was a great opportunity for me to put faces to names and I gave a tutorial on the new collection, it is a fantastic spot in a great department store. We are very excited to be there.

Another early start sees me make the trip from Seattle to Vancouver.

From Vancouver I headed South-West to California and visited Bloomingdales on Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles. The weather as you would expect was fantastic and meeting colleagues and new faces on the West Coast as I gave tutorials was a highlight.

Me at Bloomingdales Century City, Los Angeles.

A perfect night to don the Hunting Check Jacket.

I then headed South down State Route 1 to San Francisco where we held a trunk show at Nordstrom. There was a great buzz for Duchamp around the place as we showcased the Autumn / Winter stock and it was a fitting end to my stay in the States.

Another early start, this time in San Francisco.

If Duchamp made cakes........ Bristol Farms, San Francisco. Great colours, delicious to eat.

A typically vibrant Duchamp display at Nordstrom, San Francisco.
