HOW DOES THE EXCHANGE SERVICE WORK?
Currently we are NOT offering an exchange service however we will happily post you out a different size or style for free if the item received is faulty or incorrect.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I HAVE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes and we will refund the amount or provide a credit note. Please note this will happen only after a scan of your receipt and tracking number has been sent to us.
WHICH SERVICE SHOULD I USE?
We advise our customers to return goods with Royal Mail recorded delivery which is the cheapest and most reliable service.
